The plan for 10-30 Channel Center is nearing completion.  In October we will be removing the temporary construction hoist, finishing the concrete platform, and installing the canopy system.  The platform area will be completed with railings and landscaping in early November.

We have continued installation of windows on all floors of the buildings.  During the next couple of weeks we will also begin the installation of the first floor storefront systems and entry doors.  In addition to the windows and doors, we hope to complete the exterior masonry restoration within the next month.

In order to complete work along the north end of the buildings, Mt. Washington Way will limited to one way traffic and parking will be eliminated within the next month.  We are still finalizing details for the eventual  plaza, but we hope to complete the work as soon as possible.
