We are pleased with the move in of our first tenant, Cengage Learning.  They are now occupying almost half of the building, and we hope to fill the rest of the building in the Spring and Summer of 2009.

While we have a tenant in the building and have completed their space, we are still in the process of the final stages of the project: Mt. Washington Way and the small 3-story building formerly known as 229 A St.  We will most likely complete Mt . Washington Way in the Spring of 2009, so as to avoid working in winter conditions. 

We will complete 229 A St. in early February.  During this week we will be sandblasting the interior, as evidenced by the equipment located in the parking spaces along Mt. Washington Way.  Following the sandblasting work we will restore all windows, complete the interior mechanical systems and ready the space for a future tenant fit out.
